Read the Students Records Policy at http://www.pepperdine.edu/registrar/policies/

 

Send an email message to Dr. Feltner (michael.feltner@pepperdine.edu) containing the following information:

  2. Pseudonym for use in the class (It must be not identify you and it cannot be your social security number).  For example, I©Biomechanics would not be a good pseudonym for me.  Thus, a better pseudonym for me would be SOFATUBER as it can not easily be associated with my name.

  10. Do you have a personal computer?  If yes, is it a desktop or laptop? What is the operating system?  Mac OS, Windows XP, Windows Vista, other (please list)

  11. Lastly, if you agree, include the following statement in the email

"I have read and fully understand the policies and information presented on the class syllabus.  Furthermore, I have read and reviewed the material related to ethics violations on the class syllabus, I have read the Code of Academic Ethics in the Pepperdine University Student Handbook, I have read the Grade Dispute Policy as presented on the Seaver College Academic Advising Web Site, and I have read the university policies related to Student Records and Student Home Pages.  I fully understand this material and agree to follow and abide by all policies and procedures stated on the class syllabus and in the above stated documents."

Including this statement in your email message is your virtual signature to fully comply with all policies and procedures stated in the documents listed in the preceding statement.
