Welcome to MBA 603 and the beginning of your MBA program here at the Graziadio School. I'm sure you are looking forward to our class as much as I am. Please take a few minutes and...

• Familiarize yourself with Blackboard. We'll be using it extensively. I've hidden an "easter egg" somewhere here. See if you can find it.
  
• Check out my course website/blog. I recommend you subscribe to the RSS feed so you can get up-to-the-minute news.
  
  
• Be sure to pick up your texbook (from the Drescher bookstore, or Amazon). There will be a quiz on the assigned chapters the first day of class. So come prepared.
  
  
• Complete a Self-Introduction (via text or video) in Bb. Do NOT email it to me. If you have trouble figuring out Blackboard, watch this short tutorial.)
  
  
• Review the course schedule. There are adjustments for Labor Day and such. Plan accordingly. (NOTE...Monday's 603.11 class has their FIRST meeting on Friday, 9/5).
  
  
• Review the syllabus (at the "Syllabus" link in Blackboard). We'll review it in class also, but you'll be better of if you've read over it. Especially note there will be a quiz on the Pearlson & Saunders readings in our first class meeting.
  
  
• Get some sleep! Goodness knows you'll need it and you won't be getting much of it for the next seven weeks! :-)
